Over 60,000 people a year in the UK are diagnosed with breast cancer and as many of you know a diagnosis can be frightening and the treatment gruelling. Surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and medication can all take its toll.

We help people cope with the debilitating effects of treatment and the emotional toll of living with the breast cancer. At five centres across the UK, our healthcare professionals and therapists run programmes of support, including counselling, supportive therapies to help combat stress, exhaustion and nausea as well as practical advice on things like healthy eating, exercise, money and work.

Our support is free of charge so that anyone who needs us can come.

But we can’t do it without you. We need to raise £1,000 for every person we help.

Please join us during The Big Tea Cosy week 1-7 February, host a tea party and raise money so that we can help more families affected by breast cancer.

It’s cold outside but sharing tea, cake and a chat with friends is easy and will bring a bit of cosiness to the darkest winter day.
