What's on Weekly classes Courses at each Haven These courses are open to Haven Visitors and some are open to the general public too. They should be booked and paid for in advance through your local centre's Front desk team who will be happy to discuss with you more about the course.We are currently taking bookings for: Breast Cancer Haven, London Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Eight week course on Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 8.30pm plus one full Saturday. Starts on 11 October 2016. Living Well, Moving On Five week course starting 12th October 2016 Wednesdays 6-8pm All dates: 12th, 26th October, 9th, 23rd November, 7th December Breast Cancer Haven, Hereford TMW (Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing) TMW benefits everyone at all ages and stages. The sequence is completed in five weekly classes. Each class builds up your understanding of the movements and gestures and the underlying principles. With origins in Tai Chi and other similar traditions, the TMW sequence distils elements of these arts into a simple series of movements. As you progress you'll begin to see how the benefits gained through the sequence can be transferred to how you live your life. The class is led by John Burgess who has been practicing Tai Chi since 2001. Breast Cancer Haven, Yorkshire Evening Yoga 5 week course on Monday evenings at 6:00 -7:30pm Breast Cancer Haven, Wessex Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8 week course on Tuesday mornings from 9:45 - 12.00pm plus one Saturday.
