The issues may include fertility, living alone, concerns about surgery and treatments, managing a social life, feeling isolated because none of your friends understand what it is like to experience breast cancer, relationship changes and going back to work.
At times the group may look at painful issues, but there is also a lot of humour!
Most people who come are aged between 20 and 47.
There will be 8 sessions taking place over a 16 week period.
