Led by Sheila Green, Yoga is an Indian philosophy and practise. The word 'yoga' means 'union' or 'integration' and yoga uses stretching postures, and breathing to heal harmonise the body, mind and spirit. It can be a comprehensive means of self-development and self understanding helping our relationship with ourselves as well as the world outside us.

Yoga can be done anytime during breast cancer treatment, except immediately following surgery. Then, it is best to wait for six to eight weeks to allow for recovery.

Please call reception on 01432 361061 to book.
