Our afternoon drop in allows you to come speak to our Breast Care Nurse Specialist Debra Horsman without having to book an appointment. You can also telephone Debra during this time on 0113 284 7829.
Debra Horsman was previously a Senior Breast Care Nurse for 14 years in Yorkshire and former Chair of the Yorkshire Cancer Network’s Breast Care Group. Debra started nursing in 1976 at Wharfedale General Hospital, Otley where she stayed until 1996. She worked in many different areas from paediatrics to care of the elderly. Whilst at Otley, Debra became involved with people affected by breast cancer and set up a support group ‘Bosom Pals’. Her career path then changed and she joined Norma Russell OBE in the Bradford breast care team and also worked with the palliative care team.
