Our nurses are all qualified specialists with experience in breast care. If you visit a Haven, they will help develop a programme of care that suits your needs and are always on hand to answer any questions you may have. They also run informal drop in sessions where no appointment is necessary.
Leeds - Wednesdays from 2.00pm to 4.00pm
Hereford - Tuesdays from 1.00pm to 4.00pm
London - Thursdays 11.00am to 1.00pm from 7th October

Tina Glynn - London
Tina has been actively involved with integrating complementary therapies into NHS cancer care for the past 10 years. She has a nursing background and has specialised in cancer and palliative medicine.
Last year Tina graduated with a MSc in Complementary Therapies from the University of Westminster. Tina also holds qualifications in massage and aromatherapy. She oversees the therapeutic programme offered to all Visitors to The London Haven.

Jan Dell - Hereford
Jan began her nursing career in the Royal Navy. After leaving the services she worked in general surgery in Scotland and Devon, followed by a number of years as a community nurse, during which she completed various courses including Teaching & Assessing, and Wound Care. After moving to South Shropshire from Scotland, she took up the post of Breast Care Nurse at the Oncology Centre in Hereford Hospital. She continued in this role for seven years, completing a Diploma in Cancer Care and gaining experience in areas such as Lymphoedema Care.

Debra Horsman - Leeds
Debra Horsman was previously a Senior Breast Care Nurse for 14 years in Yorkshire and former Chair of the Yorkshire Cancer Network’s Breast Care Group. Debra started nursing in 1976 at Wharfedale General Hospital, Otley where she stayed until 1996. She worked in many different areas from paediatrics to care of the elderly. Whilst at Otley, Debra became involved with people affected by breast cancer and set up a support group ‘Bosom Pals’. Her career path then changed and she joined Norma Russell OBE in the Bradford breast care team and also worked with the palliative care team. Debra manages a team of experienced therapists and health professionals to ensure the effective delivery of The Haven’s innovative care programme to support the needs of anyone affected by breast cancer
